Inspiration of my blog's name
Story has it: whenever one of my flip-flops lands on top of the other, it’s a sign that I’m going somewhere. I don’t know how it works, but it always does. If a trip is already planned, the signal confirms it; if not, I can’t help but wonder where I’m headed. My husband always teases me about it, saying I should open a travel agency and call it ‘The FlipFlop Vacation.’ So, when I started my blog, he suggested the name, and since ‘FlipFlop Vacation’ was already taken, we settled on ‘The FlipFlop Escape.’.
